Just in case anyone is looking for it, here are the information needed to set Celcom 3G APN in your devices.
Please note that you only need to set this once as it act as both 3G Internet and MMS settings in one.

Hello. Saya ada soalan pasal network operator utk celcom.. saya pengguna samsung s2. kadang2 at certain places, signal takde. Bila go to setting, and search for network operator manually, tiada senarai celcom dalam list… ada cara tak utk selesaikan masalah ni? Thank you in advanve
Hubungi pihak celcom untuk mendapat kepastian samada kawasan tersebut mempunyai coverage mencukupi.

@lucifer, ada flash rom ke sebelum ni? Kalau ada, cuba flash balik pada stock rom then guna SEUS atau PC Companion atau s1tool untuk repair. Lepas tu jangan lupa relock bootloader.

 @Stila82 Pasal wifi, transmit dalam mode apa? Wireless N atau wireless b/g? Kalau N maybe phone tak dapat support, cuba suggestion ni:
1- Set router to no wifi password, dapat connect ke tak?
2- kalau “1” tak berjaya, cuba set router no encryption, dapat connect tak?
3- Tukar router encryption setting kepada WPA PSK (AES) dan cuba lagi.

@suhaimi , dari apa yang saudara gambarkan, seolah seperti saudara mungkin tersalah setting modem. Apa kata cuba setting wireless lan (WLAN) sebagai open, iaitu tidak ada sebarang encryption.

sy pakai samsung galaxy s2 guna celcom prepaid.maslahnya sy tidak dapat hantar dan terima mms.sy dah guna pelbagai setting utk apn,yg dihantar oleh celcom pun sudah digunakan tapi tidak berjaya.adakah sy perlu mengaktifkan packet data?bukankah itu akan menyebabkan kredit sy terus digunakan walaupun sy tidak menghantar mms.terima kasih.

Assuming your tablet is using Android OS, the setting for 3G setting would still be in “settings”.
Maybe you could post the image of your tablet and also its model
