Instagram introduced a new feature called Stories, that lets you share 24 hours moment of your day.
Instagram Stories, similar style to Snapchat’s My Story, will only be available for 24 hours and then disappear. You can share as much as you want, draw and add text on it. You can also choose to feature part of your stories on your profile.
On the top of the app, there is stories carousel which will have a colorful ring around it if the person you followed has story to share. To view, just tap on their profile photo. While in their stories, tap will brings you forward and back and swipe will open another person’s story.
Your stories follows the privacy settings of you Instagram account. You can set your stories to public or only share it with your followers. You can even hide your story from anyone you choose.
Interestingly, you can also find out who’s seen what photo and video of yours by just watching your own stories.
