It has been known that Facebook imposed a new security measure and it looks kind of good, at least for someone who’re using Facebook from home at all time and never use it while they’re traveling or in any other places. This security measure is now known to throw “No verification methods are currently available” error to users and this is a problem to most of us.
Hey, I know the security was build to protect Facebook users and I have nothing against it but but but…identifying photos from a list of friends whose most of them even tag a photo of a mouse is not really that great. Although it does work though. This is like a security “feature” that penalizes the person they are supposed to be protecting.
THE ISSUE HERE IS NOT ABOUT IDENTIFYING THE PHOTOS OR ANSWERING SECURITY QUESTION BUT INSTEAD ABOUT HOW LONG MUST ONE WAIT BEFORE THEY CAN RETRY THEIR ATTEMPT TO RECOVER THEIR ACCOUNT.
I’m working on a ship which have a closed network. No, Facebook isn’t blocked but sometimes I use proxy and log into my Facebook. The system works fine for couple of times but the issue here is not about identifying the photos or answering security question but instead about how long must one wait before they can retry their attempt to recover their account. Now I can’t recover my account because it kept saying “try back later” and it has already 10 hours. I thought one can try once every hour?? With no means how to contact Facebook administration or help center, this issue really makes Facebook looks bad. Hope they will resolve this soon.
[UPDATE]
It seems the problem with Facebook throwing “No verification methods are currently available” error still persists. All I can recommend to those who had their account blocked, try to go through their verification method first and if that’s not working for you then maybe wait a few days…or weeks.
@suresh singh dont worry .. dont touch your facebook account for 96 hours. after that login using the computer (remember use the pc that u never used  before).. then answer the security check .. nd if u have any othe fb account its good .. visit the profiles in options with ur another id .. or use ur frend account ..Â
